目前,我国的电力工程造价管理的模式对项目工程在竣工后的生产运行阶段的考虑比较粗略,导致许多电力设备在寿命周期内就要不断地进行大修和技术改造,甚至有些工程刚刚结束就是大修技改的开始。本文结合国内外先进的电力工程造价管理经验,在分析我国目前电力工程造价管理存在的问题的基础上,将全寿命周期工程造价管理模式引入到我国的电力工程造价管理中去,重新划分我国电力工程造价的管理阶段并讨论每个阶段的工作重点,为全寿命周期工程造价管理模式在我国电力行业的实行打好基础。

Currently,the management mode for power engineering cost is roughly considered about the manufacturing phase,resulting in large scale of technology reconstructing for the electric equipments within their life circle,even more,the ending for some projects means the beginning for technology reconstruction.Combined with international experience from advanced management mode for electric project cost,and on the basis of issues existing in our management about it,this study introduced the whole life cycle engineering cost management to our cost management for power engineering,redistribution of power engineering cost management stage.The discussions focused on the work at every stage for whole life cycle engineering cost management model in the implementation of China's electric power industry to lay a good foundation.
