APP产业的发展为人们的生活和出行带来便捷，但随之而来的违规行为也层见迭出。APP领域的违规行为主要包括侵犯著作权、违规处理个人信息、捆绑安装软件和恶意欺诈用户财产，阻碍了移动互联网经济的健康发展，不利于用户合法权益的维护，因而有必要对APP违规行为予以规制。本文从完善现行法律法规、重视个人信息保护、改进对APP经营者的监管、加强对APP上架的审核和监管、建立畅通的监督反馈渠道等方面，对APP违规行为的规制路径提出建议。
Abstract：The development of APP industry brings convenience to people's daily life and travel, but its subsequnt violations also emerge one after another. Violations in the field of APP mainly include copyright infringement, illegal processing of personal information, bundled installation of software and malicious fraud of user property, which hinder the healthy development of mobile Internet economy and is not conducive to the maintenance of users' legitimate rights and interests. Therefore, it is necessary to regulate App violations.This paper puts forward suggestions on the regulation path of APP violations from the aspects of perfecting the current laws and regulations, paying attention to personal information protection, improving the supervision of APP operators, strengthening the audit and supervision of APP launch and establishing aunimpeded supervision feedback channel.
