科技英语中存在着大量的名词化结构。它们可以浓缩信息、使句子结构变得简洁,使句子更客观、更有说服力,并且在语篇衔接方面发挥了重要的作用。研究名词化结构的这些功能有助于加深对科技语篇的理解,提高科技语篇阅读和翻译的质量。
Abstract：This paper analyzes the linguistic phenomenon of nominalization in science English,which has various functions.It makes a sentence more concise,objective,and it plays a vital role in cohesion of the text.A good study of nominalization can help learners understand scientific texts and improve their quality of reading and translation.
