在农村地区,养老问题日益成为乡村振兴进程中的关键问题之一。农村金融的发展尤其是养老金融的普惠式发展在应对农村老龄化问题方面发挥积极作用。党的十九大报告提出的乡村振兴战略的实施,为农村养老金融的普惠式发展提供了难得的机遇。文章梳理了农村地区养老金融普惠式发展的现状,剖析了乡村振兴进程对农村养老金融普惠式发展的驱动作用,重点分析了农村地区养老金融普惠式发展的制约因素,并提出了乡村振兴进程中养老金融普惠式发展的对策。

In rural areas, rural aging problem has increasingly become one of the key issues in the process of Rural Revitalization. The development of rural finance, especially the inclusive development of pension finance, plays an active role in coping with the problem of rural aging. The implementation of the Rural Revitalization strategy proposed in the report of the 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China provides a rare opportunity for the inclusive development of rural pension finance. This paper combs the current situation of the inclusive development of rural old-age finance, analyzes the driving role of the process of Rural Revitalization on the inclusive development of rural aging finance, focuses on the constraints of the inclusive development of rural aging finance, and puts forward countermeasures for the inclusive development of rural old-age finance in the process of rural revitalization.
