能源节约与环境保护是北京市经济社会持续发展中的重要现实问题。本文首先介绍北京市能源发展现状,然后分析北京市能源发展存在的风险。最后结合国外各国先进节能经验,从经济发展模式、从产业结构调整、行业结构布局等方面来探讨降低北京市能源强度的路径选择策略和节能政策建议。

Energy saving and environmental protection is the important practical problem in the sustainable development of economic social in Beijing.The development of energy situation in Beijing was described in this paper,and then risks of energy development were analyzed.Finally,the routing of strategy choice and proposals of energy saving policy to reduce the energy intensity of Beijing were discussed from the economic development model,the adjustment of industrial structure,the layout of industry structure,and so on.
