学生管理是高校日常工作的重要组成部分,人本理念创新了高校学生管理的思维,将单纯的"管束"转变为服务于学生发展需要的、以互动为基础的管理方式。该理念在高校学生管理中的运用,不仅重新定义了高校与学生之间的平等、双向互动关系,而且以发挥学生的主观能动性和创造性为基础,促进了高校学生管理方式的根本转变,要求高校管理者应不断增强服务意识和提高服务质量。针对高校学生管理理念落后、管理机制行政化、管理方法缺乏人文性、管理内容忽视个体需求等问题,应坚持服务、民主、法治的理念,遵循主体性、个体化、引导性原则,建立由主管学生工作的副校长直接领导、学生处负责总体协调、院系二级单位负责实施的一元化学生管理系统,并探索适合高校发展现状和学生发展需要的管理服务模式。

The student management is the important part of the daily work in the university.Human-oriented ideology innovates the thought of college student management,and it transforms the simple control to the management style of servicing the needs of students development and being based on the interaction.It not only redefines the equal,bidirectional and interactive relationship between the colleges and students,but also promotes the fundamental transformation of student management mode based on developing the students' subjective initiative and creativeness.And it requires that the colleges must enhance the service consciousness and improve service quality continually because of the application of the concept of people-oriented in the college student management.Catering to problems of university students′ management,such as lack of humanistic management methods,ignoring individual requirements of the management content,we should insist the ideas of service,democracy and rule of law,follow the principles of subjectivity,individualization and guide,establish unified system of student management led by vice-president who is in charge of student works,overall coordinated by students′affairs office,put into effect by departments secondary units,and explore management and service mode which is appropriate for the current situation of college and students' developing needs.
