网络舆论是社会舆论的一种表现形式,是公众在互联网上公开表达的对某种社会现象或社会问题的具有一定影响力和倾向性的共同意见。近年来,一些重大的网络舆情事件使人们开始认识到网络舆情对社会监督起到的巨大作用。同时,网络舆情对政治生活秩序和社会稳定的影响与日俱增,一些网络舆情突发事件处理不当,极有可能诱发民众的不良情绪及不良行为的发生,进而破坏政治生活秩序,并对社会稳定形成严重威胁。本文以网络舆情突发事件为切入点,研究网络舆情突发事件的特点及危害,进而提出相应的解决策略。

The public opinion on Internet is a kind of manifestation of the social public opinion.It is a common opinion on social phenomena or social question with a certain influence and tendency that expresses publicly on Internet.In recent years,people start to know the biggest function of social intendance by some important Internet public feeling's affairs.At the same time,the influence of the public feeling increases steadily.If some abrupt affairs can't be handled properly,it may be lead to the bad motion and bad behavior of people.Furthermore,it may break the political living order,and become serious threaten to the social stability.The paper intends to study on the characteristics and the harm of the public feelings,then putting forward the homologous strategy of solution.
