中国共产党要在中国式现代化的道路上走得快、走得远，必须实现人的现代化，人的现代化才是现代化的本质。中国共产党继承了马克思关于人的自由全面发展理论及劳动是人的本质的学说，自建党以来一直将劳动教育视为实现人的现代化的重要方式。高水平的劳动教育能够为实现人的现代化提供持久的动力支撑，而人的现代化能够为新时代劳动教育指明方向，二者相辅相成。新时代通过劳动教育进一步推进人的现代化，需要立足实际提升劳动者的劳动观念，创新劳动教育实践，优化劳动教育生态，从而推动人的现代化和中国式现代化的趋同发展。

For the Communist Party of China to move quickly and sustainably along the path of Chinese-style modernization, it is essential to achieve the modernization of human beings, which is the essence of modernization. The Communist Party of China has inherited Marx's theory of the free and comprehensive development of human beings and the doctrine that labor is the essence of humanity. Since its inception, the Party has always regarded labor education as an important means to achieve human modernization. High-quality labor education can provide a sustained driving force for the realization of human modernization, while human modernization can guide the direction of labor education in the new era.The two are complementary. To further promote human modernization through labor education in the new era, it is necessary to base efforts on practical realities to enhance the labor concepts of workers, innovate labor education practices, and optimize the labor education ecosystem, thereby promoting the convergent development of human modernization and Chinese-style modernization.
