探索研究生党支部建设与科研能力提升间的互促机制和路径有助于促进高校研究生党建和人才培养工作。高校应建立协同、监督与考核、激励保障等机制，通过创新组织设置模式、引入导师作用、助推科研氛围营造、增强工作制度与研究生群体特点的契合度、强化党支部委员队伍建设、加强党员责任意识培养等路径，促进研究生党支部建设和科研能力提升，并在二者间形成良性的互促关系。

Exploring the mechanisms and paths of mutual promotion between construction of the postgraduate party branch and improvement of scientific research capabilities will help promote the party building and talent training of graduate students in colleges and universities. Colleges and universities should establish mechanisms as coordination, supervision and assessment, incentive and guarantee. We can promote the postgraduate party branch construction, improve academic research ability and form a benign relationship of multual promotion between the two through the paths of innovating the organization setting mode,introducing the role of tutors, promoting the creation of scientific research atmosphere, enhancing the compatibility between the working system and the characteristics of graduate student groups, strengthening the construction of the team of party branch members, and strengthening the cultivation of the sense of responsibility of party members.
